Courage
NOUN
1. the ability to do something that frightens one; strength in the face of pain or grief.
This first step is energetically making the commitment. The second step is taking action. Surprising things begin to happen once we energetically commit ourselves. We begin to carve a pathway in the fourth dimension that gives way and prepares our actions in the 3D. How do we energetically commit? We tell ourselves we are ready…and we believe it. We move our attention in that direction. It takes courage to commit, to begin something new, to take on a challenge, to deal with the pressures and responsibilities in our lives. When we step in courage, we step into grace. We welcome a cohesion with life.
With love,
Sarah

Where in my life can I be more courageous? In work? In love? In health? In friendship? In self-acceptance?
