Refresh

VERB

1. to restore or maintain by renewing supply

It’s never too late to start over, to begin anew and to take time in between to figure it all out. Some of the greatest thinkers, artists, thought leaders and the like would wait until that moment just before sleep to awaken dormant subconscious intuitions. It was said that Salvador Dali would take short naps with a metal spoon in his hand, a plate underneath and once he would doze off, the spoon would fall, clank against the plate and he would awake with enhanced creativity. Moving into the dream-space, moving out of our minds is a way of refreshing our being; it is an energetic reset. It’s all working together. Knowing and acknowledging that it is okay and even helpful to take time away for Self. Ultimately, all the minutes, the hours and our attention will end up in our work, our relationships and our experience.

With love,

Sarah

Weekly Journal Prompt

As an inspirational morning ritual, the weekly journal prompt is designed to be a focal question to reflect on each morning. You can also use this question to start your journal entry for the day.

What did I dream about last night? What was the essence? And if I didn’t dream, what are my most prevailing emotions this morning?
