This was the first video I filmed in quite some time. And though I’ve been living in the beauty and stillness of Bali, I found myself quietly drifting from my creative rhythm. It wasn’t that I didn’t want to create — I just needed to pause. Life called for my attention in softer ways. I was resting, reflecting, and simply letting life move through me… until something sparked again.

A spontaneous visit to a nearby waterfall with my dear friend Dulini (@dulinimaheshika) became the moment that brought it all back to the surface. We didn’t plan for it to be anything more than a day of exploration. But the water — electric and purifying — had its own medicine. Submerged beneath its rush, something reawakened.
Sometimes we don’t know why we’re pulled to a place, or to a person, or even to a moment.
But that day, I listened. And what came from that listening was this flow.

Always looking for the perfect landscape shot.

And often the perfect shot means visiting magical and sometimes unexpected places.

It’s about inspired action. About moving when the spark arises, and then trusting yourself enough to follow through. Discipline, I’ve come to realize, is the most tender form of self-love. It's a way of choosing yourself again and again — gently, consistently, lovingly — even when the world is loud around you.
When our actions meet our excitement, we begin to walk new, elevated timelines.

I hope you enjoy this Empowerment Flow, new on youtube =)

In the video, I’m wearing one of my favorite sets by Indigo Luna. It’s become part of my second skin — soft, conscious, and beautifully crafted:
Until next time, take care of your rhythm. Rest when you need. Move when the energy calls. You are always allowed to begin again.
With love,
