Vitality
NOUN, plural vi·tal·i·ties
1. the state of being strong and active, energy.
This week’s theme of vitality is about giving a little more to ourselves, each day and with intention. We deserve it. We deserve to get the most out of our lives. When we give to ourselves, we feel good, we show up well for others and there’s a specific radiance that shines through us and follows us wherever we go. This inner radiance allows us to flow through situations and circumstances with ease and clarity. We are tuned in to what feels lively and energy boosting. We can pinpoint exactly what makes our heart sing versus what drains our energy.
Cheers to allowing more of what lifts us up this week =)
With love,
Sarah

A light a refreshing dish.
Serving size: approximately 2 ppl

English Cucumber (1 large), Cherry Tomatoes (2 cups), Fresh Cilantro chopped (half of one bundle), Fresh Assorted Olives of your choice (2 cups), Olive oil, Freshly Squeezed Lemon (1 medium)
Spices (Sea Salt, Black Pepper)season to taste
Optional: Sun-dried tomatoes (1 cup, chopped)
Instructions:
Prepare vegetables by chopping cucumbers, slicing the cherry tomatoes into fourths, finely chopping cilantro. You can leave olives whole.
