How long are the daily workouts?
Each workout is between 10–45 minutes. The focus is about consistency.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes. This is designed for beginners with posture alternatives for more advanced practices as well.You can move at your own pace and modify as needed.
Do I need any equipment?
No. All workouts are designed to be done with bodyweight and no equipment. However, feel free to use weights as indicated in the video instructions.
