We may not always remember what a special gift it is to exist in human form. A delicate, fragile vessel of flesh, skin, and bone—yet remarkably durable, able to withstand shifting weather, environments, and physical experiences. Its ability to self-regulate without our constant instruction, paired with its ethereal and spiritual capacities, all wrapped in a spacesuit of skin, is nothing short of miraculous. It is one of the most profound and intelligent designs on Earth.
This flow is about honoring this precious gift of a human body. No matter what we might want to change, or even the parts of ourselves we don't feel fully comfortable with...allow that to float away, even for a moment. You are divine. You are one of a kind. Every inch of you.
